cramped breakfast slow check-in
The breakfast setup was REALLY cramped. It was hard to get around to get food. Our room faced a wall, so there wasn't much of a view, a downer. The staff, while polite, seemed a bit overwhelmed at times, possibly due to the hotel being quite busy. Made check-in slower than expected.

great location good choice many restaurants
i liked the proximity to many attractions. the hotel is near restaurants and shops. i found the breakfast selection good with many choices.
The window only opened a small amount. The temperature was hard to regulate.

inconsistent shower temperature poor sound insulation
the location was convenient enough for my needs. the staff ensured a reasonable breakfast service.
the shower temperature was inconsistent. it alternated between lukewarm and cold. the room's sound insulation seemed poor as i could clearly hear noises throughout the night. i found the beds to be less comfortable than expected.

great location delicious breakfast friendly staff dirty window bad coffee faulty lift
The hotel enjoys a great location near the docks. The breakfast selection was plentiful and delicious. The staff was helpful and always friendly .
The windows in my room were quite dirty. I could not enjoy the view. The coffee from the machine was not good. The lift was out of order during the weekend, and there was a wait.

nice staff good location
i liked the staff greeted everyone nicely. the location near the convention center was only about a five minute walk. the staff all showed kindness.
i had difficulty getting ready. the bedroom lighting was not good.
